The product subject to this investigation is certain polyvinyl chloride polymerised through suspension polymerisation(‘S-PVC’) and bulk (mass) polymerisation (‘M-PVC’) in pure form and not mixed with any other substance (‘S-/M-PVC’). The product concerned includes S-PVC classified as commodity S-PVC, extender S-PVC and specialty S-PVC. The product concerned does not include PVC polymerised through emulsion polymerisation (‘E-PVC’). All interested parties wishing to submit information on the product scope must do so within 10 days of the date of publication of this Notice.
