   Certain Stainless Steel Plate in Coils From Taiwan: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025 ↗

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corporation (Yuan Long) sold certain stainless steel plate in coils (SSPC) from Taiwan at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Commerce is rescinding this review, in part, with respect to 71 companies. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

   Stainless Steel Plate in Coils From Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders and Countervailing Duty Order ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on stainless steel plate in coils (SSPC) from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan, and the countervailing duty (CVD) order on SSPC from South Africa would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping, net countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD orders and the CVD order.

   As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel plate in coils (SSPC) from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping as indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
