   Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From India, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Türkiye, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Ukraine: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders and Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India, the Republic of Korea (Korea), the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye), the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), and Ukraine would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and countervailable subsidies and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that SeAH Steel VINA Corporation (SeAH VINA) made sales of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that producers and/or exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. Commerce is also rescinding this review, in part, with respect to two companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
