   Certain Artist Canvas From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain artist canvas (artist canvas) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD order.

   As a result of this third expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revoking the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain artist canvas (artist canvas) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the level indicated in the "Final Results of Third Sunset Review" section of this notice.
