   Certain Quartz Surface Products From India and the Republic of Türkiye: Continuation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain quartz surface products from India and the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on quartz surface products from India and the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Divyashakti Granites Ltd., a producer/exporter of quartz surface products from India, received countervailable subsidies during the period of review October 11, 2019, through December 31, 2020.

   Quartz Surface Products From India: Preliminary Results and Rescission in Part of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020 ↗

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on quartz surface products (QSP) from India for the period October 11, 2019, through December 31, 2020. Commerce preliminarily determines that Divyashakti Granites Ltd. (DSG), the sole producer/exporter of QSP from India subject to this review, received countervailable subsidies. In addition, we are also rescinding this review with regard to 23 companies for which the request for review was timely withdrawn by interested parties.
