   Stainless Steel Wire Rods From India: Continuation of the Antidumping Duty Order ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on stainless steel wire rods (SSWR) from India would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of this AD order.

   Certain Stainless Steel Wire Rods From India: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order ↗

   As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain stainless steel wire rods (SSWR) from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping as indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
