Additionally, we are rescinding the review with respect to Rajadhiraj Tirupani Vinayak Natraj Pvt. Ltd. (RTVN), because we find that it had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR.

Silicomanganese From India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders ↗
As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD orders.

As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping (AD) duty orders on silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

Silicomanganese From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review ↗
On October 21, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the notice of initiation and preliminary results of changed circumstances reviews (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on silicomanganese from India. For these final results, Commerce continues to find that NAVA Limited (NAVA) is the successor-in-interest to Nava Bharat Ventures Limited (NBVL) in the context of the AD order on silicomanganese from India. Furthermore, NAVA is entitled to NBVL's AD cash deposit rate with respect to entries of subject merchandise in the above-referenced proceeding.

Additionally, Commerce preliminary determines that NAVA Limited (NAVA) is the successor-in-interest to Nava Bharat Ventures Limited (NBVL). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
