   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from (boltless steel shelving) the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale (boltless steel shelving) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.

   In response to a request from Edsal Manufacturing Company, Inc. (Edsal), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a circumvention inquiry to determine whether imports of boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale (boltless steel shelving), which are completed or assembled in Malaysia using certain components from the People's Republic of China (China), are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on boltless steel shelving from China.
