   Brass Sheet and Strip From France, Germany, Italy, and Japan: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on brass sheet and strip from France, Germany, Italy, and Japan would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD orders.

   Brass Sheet and Strip From France, Germany, Italy, and Japan: Final Results of the Expedited Fifth Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on brass sheet and strip from France, Germany, Italy and Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Reviews" section of this notice.
