   Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on small diameter graphite electrodes from the People's Republic of China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of this AD order.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on small diameter graphite electrodes (electrodes) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Fushun Jinly Petrochemical Carbon Co., Ltd. (Fushun Jinly) made sales of small diameter graphite electrodes from the People's Republic of China (China) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2021, through January 31, 2022.

   Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Rescission of Review, in Part; 2021-2022 ↗

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Fushun Jinly Petrochemical Carbon Co., Ltd. (Fushun Jinly), the sole mandatory respondent in this review and an exporter of small diameter graphite electrodes (SDGE) from the People's Republic of China (China), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2021, through January 31, 2022. Further, we are rescinding the review with respect to all other companies for which a review was initiated for this POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
