   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is issuing the final results of changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on stainless steel flanges from the People's Republic of China (China) and India to revoke the orders, in part, with respect to stainless steel flanges produced to specification SAE J518 (or its international equivalent, ISO 6162).

   Based on a request from Anchor Fluid Power (Anchor), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating and issuing preliminary results of changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on stainless steel flanges from the People's Republic of China (China) and India to revoke the orders, in part, with respect to certain products. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

   Stainless Steel Flanges From India and the Peoples's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on stainless steel flanges from India and the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD and CVD orders.

   Stainless Steel Flanges From India and the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on stainless steel flanges from India and the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
