The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of aluminum extrusions from Indonesia. The period of investigation (POI) is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the scope of the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China), Indonesia, Mexico, and the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) to coincide with the scope of the companion less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigations of aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Malaysia, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, T[uuml]rkiye, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of aluminum extrusions from Indonesia. The period of investigation (POI) is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
