As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order and countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, and parts thereof (vertical shaft engines) from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, and parts thereof (vertical shaft engines) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative reviews of the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225CC and 999CC (large vertical shaft engines), and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of reviews (PORs) March 1, 2022, through February 28, 2023, and January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, respectively, based on the timely withdrawals of the requests for review.
