    Ferrosilicon From Malaysia: Amended Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value; Ferrosilicon From Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia: Antidumping Duty Orders ↗

    Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing antidumping duty (AD) orders on ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia. In addition, Commerce is amending its final determination of sales at less than fair value (LTFV) with respect to ferrosilicon from Malaysia to correct ministerial errors.

    The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that imports of ferrosilicon from Kazakhstan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) for the period of investigation (POI) January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
