   Certain Plastic Decorative Ribbons From China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order and Countervailing Duty Order ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order and countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain plastic decorative ribbon (plastic ribbon) from China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, and countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   Certain Plastic Decorative Ribbon From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Countervailing Duty Order ↗

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain plastic decorative ribbon (plastic ribbon) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
