   Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From India, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Türkiye, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Ukraine: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders and Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India, the Republic of Korea (Korea), the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye), the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), and Ukraine would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and countervailable subsidies and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India, the Republic of Korea (Korea), the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye), the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

In this notice, Commerce did not list the correct cash deposit rate for all other producers and/or exporters.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India were not sold by Surya Roshni Limited (Surya) in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2023. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
