   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on utility scale wind towers from Canada. The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on utility scale wind towers from Canada, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), Indonesia, and the Republic of Korea (Korea) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   Utility Scale Wind Towers From Canada and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on utility scale wind towers from Canada and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
