1. Name of the goods: Certain Flat-rolled Steel Products, Plated or Coated with Zinc or Zinc-alloys). 2. Scope of goods: specific flat-rolled steel products plated or coated with (pure) zinc or zinc alloy by electrolysis or other (including hot dip) methods, regardless of width, thickness, corrugated or non-corrugated, coiled or non-coiled shape, various surface treatments are included. 3. Composition of the goods: (1) The substrate is mainly composed of iron, and the carbon content is less than 2%, whether it is a hot-rolled, cold-rolled steel coil or an alloy steel product whose content of other elements does not exceed the following standards: manganese 2.50 %, silicon 3.30%, copper 1.50%, aluminum 1.50%, chromium 1.25%, cobalt 0.30%, lead 0.40%, nickel 2.00%, tungsten 0.30%, molybdenum 0.80%, niobium or columbium 0.10%, vanadium 0.30%, zirconium 0.30 %, and regardless of the content of boron and titanium, they are all included in the scope of the goods involved. (2) Where the surface coating contains zinc, regardless of the content ratio of other zinc alloys in the coating, including pure zinc and zinc-iron alloys, zinc-aluminum or aluminum-zinc and other zinc alloy coatings, they are all included in the scope of the goods involved. (3) Excluded steel products: galvanized aluminum-magnesium alloys, flat-rolled steel products with the magnesium content of the coating exceeding 2%, are not the goods involved in the case.
