1. Name of goods: Carbon Steel Plate. 2. Scope of goods: Flat-rolled products made of hot-rolled iron or non-alloy steel or other specific alloy steel, with a thickness of 6 mm and above, uncoated, plated or coated, and not in coil shape, excluding: (1) NK- KL24B and KL27 anti-freezing steels of minus 50 degrees Celsius; (2) Grade EH40 and EH47 high-tensile marine steel plates with a thickness of 80 mm and above; (3) Grade A, B, D, E ordinary tensile marine steel plates with a thickness of more than 50.8 mm; (4) Certified by various surveying associations (such as American ABS, Japan NK, etc.), the width exceeds 3.8 meters, the length is unlimited but not less than the width, or the weight of each sheet exceeds 12.5 metric tons. (5) ASTM specification: - A36 thickness exceeds 150 mm - A516 Gr.60 and Gr.70 thickness is more than 85 mm - A537 Class2 - Customized A572 Gr.50 and A709 Gr .50, thickness over 127mm - Thickness of A841 is more than 64 mm (6) JIS specification: - Thickness of SS400 is more than 180 mm - Thickness of G4053 SCM440 is more than 125 mm - S43C~S55C (carbon content 0.4%~0.58%) Thickness exceeds 125mm - Thickness of SB450, SB450(M), SB480, SB480(M) exceeds 51mm - Thickness of SM490A exceeds 125mm - SPV490Q (7) SX105V GO5; (8) The thickness of PC1050 is more than 185 mm; (9) The thickness of PZ30H (P20) is more than 90 mm. 3. Cargo composition: mainly iron, carbon content less than 2%, other elements content not exceeding the following standards: manganese 2.50%, silicon 3.30%, copper 1.50%, aluminum 1.50%, chromium 1.25%, cobalt 0.30%, lead 0.40%, nickel 2.00%, tungsten 0.30%, molybdenum 0.80%, niobium or columbium 0.10%, vanadium 0.30%, zirconium 0.30%, and regardless of the content of boron and titanium, they are all included in the scope of the goods involved.
