   Fine Denier Polyester Staple Fiber From India: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025 ↗

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that The Bombay Dyeing And Manufacturing Company Limited (Bombay Dyeing) sold subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on fine denier polyester staple fiber (fine denier PSF) from the People's Republic of China (China), India, the Republic of Korea (Korea), and Taiwan and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on fine denier PSF from China and India would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and net countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing this notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on fine denier polyester staple fiber (fine denier PSF) from the People's Republic of China (China), India, the Republic of Korea (South Korea), and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
