   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (ribbons) from Taiwan were sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to certain companies for which requests for review were timely withdrawn. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

   As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (NWRs) from the People's Republic of China (China) and Taiwan and the countervailing duty (CVD) order on NWRs from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and net countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing this notice of continuation of the AD orders and the CVD order.

   As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from the People's Republic of China (China) and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
