   Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Guangdong Dongyuan Kitchenware Industrial Co., Ltd. (Dongyuan) made sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022. Additionally, we find that Guangdong Yingao Kitchen Utensils Co., Ltd. (Yingao) and Shenzhen Kehuaxing Industrial Ltd. (Shenzhen Kehuaxing) have not established their eligibility for a separate rate.

   Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Second Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order ↗

   As a result of this expedited sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on drawn stainless steel sinks (sinks) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Review" section of this notice.

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of drawn stainless steel sinks (sinks) from the People's Republic of China (China) were made below normal value (NV) during the period of review. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to multiple companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
