Raw Honey From Brazil: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025 ↗
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Melbras Importadora E Exportadora Agroind[uacute]stria Ltda. (Melbras) and Minamel Agroind[uacute]stria Ltda. (Minamel) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 11 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of June 3, 2026, the final results of the 2023- 2024 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on raw honey from Brazil. This notice incorrectly listed the name of a non-examined company under review as Breyer & Via Ltda. at Appendix II. The correct name for this company is Breyer & Cia Ltda.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on raw honey from Brazil for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. Commerce preliminarily finds that Melbras Importadora E Exportadora Agroind[uacute]stria Ltda. (Melbras) and Minamel Agroind[uacute]stria Ltda. (Minamel) made sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR. Additionally, we are rescinding this review, in part, with respect to certain companies for which there were no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the POR, and for which requests for review were timely withdrawn. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

On January 24, 2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Api[aacute]rio Diamante Comercial Exportadora Ltda. and Api[aacute]rio Diamante Produ[ccedil][atilde]o e Comercial de Mel Ltda. v. United States, Court No. 22-00185, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce)'s first remand redetermination pertaining to the antidumping (AD) duty investigation of raw honey (honey) from Brazil covering the period of investigation April 1, 2020, through March 31, 2021. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final determination in the investigation, and that Commerce is amending the final determination and the resulting AD order with respect to the dumping margins assigned to Api[aacute]rio Diamante Comercial Exportadora Ltda/Api[aacute]rio Diamante Produ[ccedil][atilde]o e Comercial de Mel Ltda (Supermel) and all other producers and/or exporters of subject merchandise.

On November 23, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published its preliminary determination in the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of raw honey from Brazil in the Federal Register. Commerce is amending this preliminary determination to correct a significant ministerial error.
