   Coated Paper Suitable for High-Quality Print Graphics Using Sheet-Fed Presses From Indonesia and the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) have determined that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses (coated paper) from Indonesia and the People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time. Therefore, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.

   Certain Coated Paper Suitable for High-Quality Print Graphics Using Sheet-Fed Presses From Indonesia: Final Results of Expedited Second Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order ↗

   As a result of this sunset review, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses (certain coated paper) from Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Review" section of this notice.
