   Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea: Continuation of Countervailing Duty Orders ↗

   As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the People's Republic of China (China) and the Republic of Korea (Korea) would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of net countervailable subsidies and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these CVD orders.

   Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order ↗

   The Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailing subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
